MORE ABOUT DOCTOR CORPORATE
It's hard to define what Doctor Corporate is, but it's easiest to split our mission into two parts.
On one hand, DRC is a recording studio for budding artists looking to make high-quality recordings of their original works for distribution to the outside world. Growing since 2001, the studio offers artists creative freedom while emphasizing performance over technological gimmickry.
But at the same time, DRC also works to distribute the works of these budding artists to the public. DRC produces an annual LP-length compilation of its best songs and brightest artists, which is sold and also distributed to local radio stations. We occasionally host live shows through affiliated venues so our artists can attract new listeners and keep their old ones.
It's important to note, though, that DRC is NOT a record label. We are simply a group of artists banding together to make ourselves heard and shake up what has become a very homogenized Western popular culture.
