With its no-nonsense attitude, this gritty little Allston treasure stands at the lonely end of Harvard Avenue. Booking live local bands most nights a week, the 70-person (at full capacity) bar is a remnant of the old Allston rock circuit. Open daily from noon to 1 am. Cover varies, but it’s usually around $6.
